Marc Reston
Mr. Reston is of counsel to The Law Office of Susan Pai and provides family-based and investor-based immigration services in Northern California. Mr. Reston is a passionate advocate of human rights and regularly takes on difficult and complex asylum, refugee and deportation cases. With respect to investor-clients, Mr. Reston specializes in both E-2 nonimmigrant visas and EB-5 immigrant visas leading to green cards. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Columbia University and received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (1978). Additionally, Mr. Reston received an MBA with honors from UCLA. Mr. Reston is a member in good standing of the New York Bar Association and has been admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
