Attorney St. Pierre has successfully petitioned for businesses, families, derivative citizens, athletes, scientists, engineers, and victims of abuse. Attorney St. Pierre has extensive experience representing large, multinational corporations in difficult H-1B and L-1 cases, including the successful submission of responses to onerous requests for further evidence by the government.
In a recent case, Attorney St. Pierre was able to secure an interview for a Phlippine Citizen at the U.S. Embassy in Manila less than 15 hours after our request for an expedited visa.
Attorney St. Pierre graduated from Elon University in North Carolina where she was elected Captain of the Elon Women’s Rugby team and invited to train with the U.S. National Women’s U-20 team. At Elon, Attorney St. Pierre majored in Broadcast and Corporate Communications and minored in Professional Writing.
Amongst Elon’s many accolades, in 2011 Bloomburg Businessweek ranked Elon’s undergraduate business program #26 in the nation in academic quality. Elon is also one of the nation’s top universities for community service.
Chiara began her legal training at Elon when she interned with the Alamance County District Attorney’s Office in Graham, North Carolina. Chiara worked directly with District Attorneys, conducted witness interviews, called the docket, and conducted criminal background checks.
Attorney St. Pierre is an alumnus of Florida Coastal School of Law where she cemented her exceptional writing skills by earning a certificate in Advanced Legal Writing. Attorney St. Pierre is also a strong legal researcher as evidenced by national certifications from both Lexis and Westlaw in specialized areas of legal research. Finally, Attorney St. Pierre has been recognized for her Pro Bono service in the community.
